Experienced Freelance Training Consultants - Soft Skills/Technical Programs (GCC/Middle East)

We are currently seeking Freelance Training Consultants to join our training delivery team.  In this role, you will focus on delivering a range of soft skills and/or technical inhouse and public training to corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver courses.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments on programs and recommend necessary changes to the content.
• Meet with client representatives and HR staff when necessary to facilitate training engagements.
• Provide regular updates to key customers in relation to new programs.
• Manage issue resolution as it relates to the assigned programs and engagements.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree with relevant industry experience, or Bachelor’s degree with substantive subject matter expertise.
• Proven classroom facilitations skills (short-listed candidtaes will be required to deliver a brief presentation during the interview process).
• Experience with consulting practices is a plus.
• Experience with the use of emerging training technologies a plus.
• Must be creative and highly motivated
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to assume responsiblity and accountability for training results
• Willingness to do some travel
