If a written cancellation notice is received at least (i) twenty-one calendar days in advance of the program start date, the Customer is entitled to a full refund, (ii) twelve calendar days in advance of the program start date, the Customer is entitled to a full program credit [equivalent to the amount paid less the registration fee when applicable] that can be applied towards another program offered by Corporate Training Solutions within ninety days of the date of the program withdrawing from. Customer is not entitled to a refund or program credit if less than twenty-one (21) calendar days advance written notice is given.

Corporate Training Solutions / ezNominate reserve the right to cancel a scheduled program if deemed necessary to do so. In the unlikely event of a program cancellation, the registered delegates will be notified, and the paid fees will be fully refunded.

Corporate Training Solutions / ezNominate reserve the right to substitute any training provider assigned to deliver a program without prior notice.
